We offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS $50+ Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow approximately 2–6 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

PLEASE NOTE: Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Joanna Rose Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact USPS using your tracking information. We will be happy to assist when possible.
